Room in 2 bed/ 2 bath condo off of Rimrock Rd

I am a single woman who works for a theater in Madison. I go into the office twice a week otherwise I mostly work from home. I am a homebody when I'm not attending the theater. I don't host many get togethers.

I have two cats who are friendly as long as you leave them alone. There is an AC unit in the living room that I try my best not to use. The only utilities are electricity and internet.

There is a washer/dryer in the condo. Off-street parking in a parking lot. I'm near a bus line and the capital bike trail is nearby. Currently the bedroom isn't furnished but I'm happy to furnish it if that helps.

I am a fairly tidy person and due to some physical limitations I require that the shared spaces remain that way. I don't smoke and occasionally drink. I am looking for someone who is clean and low drama. Ideally someone that's fun to hang out with. It may not come across in this post but I am very nice and I enjoy cooking for others on occasion. If you like deserts I like making them more than eating them so you'd be doing me a favor. Let me try out new recipes on you and we'll get along just fine.

I recently moved in and am currently renovating the living room so I don't have many pictures. I'll post more in the coming days.
