Room and private bathroom in modern house (<5 YO)

We're looking for a mid- to long-term housemate for our spare room. Our house is fully furnished *outside* of your bedroom—a massive kitchen, living room, game room, and laundry room. We're a quiet married couple (both women!).

We keep the house relatively cool in the evening (66-68 after 9pm) and quiet hours are from 9:30pm onward. We wake up around 7:15am and get started in the kitchen by 8am.

You can park on the road right outside the house! I'm open to offering my spot in the garage for an additional amount.

We have three cats—two upstairs, one downstairs. They're all friendly and fun. We cannot take any additional pets, though!

We have fiber internet, a gas stove, a gas fireplace, a dishwashing machine, laundry/dryer, and a back patio with a bonfire.

The room is 10ft x 12ft with a front-facing window and an attached closet.
