This is a lovely two bedroom, 1 bath in the Eken Park neighborhood of Madison. I am looking for someone to takeover my end of the lease from August 1st to February 31st, 2027 with option to renew.

The neighborhood is close to Atwood, Willy St, Madison College, the east side and 3 miles from downtown Madison. There are lots of bike trails and restaurants nearby!

Rent is $1660, your share would be $842.50. Internet is included and utilities costs are low. Free laundry & storage in the basement, with one parking spot in the back but plenty of street parking.

Currently shared with my roommate, F 25 and her sweet cat. She works full-time and is a student, so you will have the place alone to yourself lots!
