Three Bedroom, Two bath apartment.

Hi everyone! I’m looking for someone to take over my spot in a shared apartment in Madison by the end of June. The apartment is shared with two very sweet female roommates, and we are preferably looking for another female roommate who is respectful, clean, and easy to communicate with. Total rent per month comes around to $750 per person when split three wats. Water, gas, electricity, trash, and wastewater are included in rent, while internet is separate and heating/AC is through Alliant Energy. The community is pet-friendly and includes a dog park, making it a great fit for animal lovers. The apartment is in a great location with easy access to Madison, shopping, restaurants, and other nearby conveniences. The roommates are very kind, respectful, and welcoming, and we are hoping to find someone who would be a good fit for a calm and friendly living environment.
