Hi! My name is Meagan, and I’m looking for a female roommate for the second bedroom in my 2Bed2Bath apartment downtown for my lease period 01Jul2026-29Jun2027.

I travel for work and WFH about 50/50. I have a cat named Pistachio, so there is room for one other cat in the apartment (two max per the lease). In my free time, I like to go to concerts, watch movies, read, play board games, crochet, do yoga, volunteer, and play drums (no drum set in the apartment don’t worry).

Ideally, I am looking for another young female professional who values a clean, tidy, and quiet living environment.

The available bedroom (10’x15’10”) is the largest in the apartment and has a connected, private bathroom (5’x10’9”). Prices would be as below:
- Rent: $3025 monthly (half would be $1512)
- Internet: $45 monthly (split would be $22.50 each)
- Water: $70 monthly (split would be $45 each)
- Utilities: your half would range from $20-$60 per month depending on season
- Underground heated parking: $185 monthly (optional)
- Cat Fee: $45 monthly (optional, no dogs allowed)
