Are you working in NYC and not excited about the crazy prices of rent? Would you prefer to live in the suburbs with a family, that feels like home? We have a large attic bedroom that has an attached hang out/TV space to rent. Our oldest son is also working in NYC and doesn't want to pay the exorbitant prices for an apartment there, nor does he want to live in the city that doesn't sleep.. not his thing. So he will commute. There is a bus on our corner that brings you down to the Metro North Scarsdale Station (28 min express train) to Grand Central. Our house has 2 dogs. My husband and I just bought a house in Florida and will be snowbirding this winter so you and my oldest will be alone in the house alot. We do have twins Sophomore's in college that will be home for T'day week, Xmas break but we might have them come to Fla as well. Up in the air of our plans now. It would be a win/win for us to have our son have someone to room with and us have the extra cash to float both houses. Please call me to discuss.
