Two Bedrooms Available

This is a three bedroom, one bath apartment on the top floor. Very bright and airy. Large apartment with high ceilings.

The back room is the largest and the rent for that is $1000 per month. The other room is smaller and is $700 per month. (I will post pictures of the smaller room when my roommate sends them to me, I don't want to invade his privacy! He's currently packing though and it's apparently a mess!) If I can only find one roommate, then we will split rent and it will be $1200 each. I'm unsure of what my landlady charges for security deposits lately. When I moved in I paid twice my rent and that covered security and first month's rent.

I would prefer female roommates, but am not opposed to male roommates. Landlady and her husband are easy going and you will hardly ever see them. I am a quiet person who mostly keeps to myself. I work a lot and am rarely home for very long.
