Room for Rent (2 Bed, 1 Bath)

Hi! My roommate is moving to the city, so I am looking for someone to take her room, beginning in June/July. In general, I am so flexible when it comes to anything roommate & apartment related :)

Our apartment is adorable with a bunch of natural light, a big entrance, and livingroom/dining room. We have four extra storage closets and a nice kitchen with lots of storage, a full fridge, and a new oven and stove.

Your room is super spacious (~200 sq. ft.) with a full wall of windows and 3 large closets. (Bedframe, desk & chair, storage, etc. included if you’d like.)

The apartment is fully furnished, including kitchen essentials, etc. (but feel free to bring anything you’d like!). We have new air conditioning units, with both heat and water included in our rent.

It’s a short walk to the Fleetwood and Bronxville Metro stations (and a quick trip to Manhattan). There are markets, stores, restaurants, bars, etc., within walking distance.

You are always welcome to have people over (& we have a queen-sized pull-out couch for anyone spending the night), and I usually go out most weekends, but will always be quiet/not in your way if you need to sleep or anything like that. I love to cook, bake, and clean (not in an annoying way, I promise). I love backpacking, fly fishing, and pretty much anything at all outdoors.
