Kind/Courteous Female Housemate for Westch House

Hi..!
I'm looking for a kind & courteous Female housemate, who likes dogs, who would like to remain in (or move to) (Northern) Westchester.

Right now I have one room that will be available August 15th. The larger room has just been rented.

The first is a large room, with a big walk-in closet (& another closet, too!), furnished with a really comfy double bed ????, a night table, a big dresser, and desk. It has two sizable windows with very pretty views of the grounds. It is listed at $1325/month.

***The second (and presently available room) is a smaller room, 9' x 8' - which also has a beautiful view...and a sizable closet, and some lovely features. It is presently furnished with a twin bed on a solid wood frame, with a trundle bed that pulls out from underneath, if needed.... It is also furnished with a tall mahogany dresser, a nightstand, and desk as well. It will be available anytime after August 15th., and is listed for $875/month***

The house is an 1850s (former farm) house, in a fun community, on a former farm/estate in Goldens Bridge, NY. The neighbors are terrific, all ages, and everyone says ?hi? but we each respect privacy. There are big lawns and hiking trails right out the front or bk door..!

I keep the house fairly neat. There's a new kitchen and 1+1/2 new bathrooms. A working fireplace, wood floors, and a front porch.

The furniture in the available bedroom may be used or moved out, depending upon your preference. Throughout the house the housemate should feel free to add some of her own touches or pieces of furniture! although it?s not necessary if you?d rather not. And, EVerything in the house is available to use...from the full kitchen to both bathrooms, dining room, living room with fireplace, front porch, storage attic, and all the grounds..

Re: utilities:: I pay for electric and water and internet and cable. I only ask that the housemate contributes $50/month to help defray the cost ($350-$400) of the hefty monthly oil delivery.

The local supermarket is a mile away, as are restaurants, coffee, bank, post office, & other amenities.
MetroNorth Train (north or) into NYC with lots of free parking at the station is also only one (1) mile from the house..! .

Local shops of all kinds, & CVS, and a bigger variety of restaurants & banks & pubs, doctor?s offices, pharmacies & gas stations, & take-out food, produce & bakeries & other specialty food stores, are all only 2 miles away in Katonah or Somers, or 6-9 miles away in Yorktown (6) or Mt. Kisco (7) or Chappaqua (9) etc.

The neighborhood is also only a 23-minute drive to work or shopping in downtown White Plains.! (Or 25 minutes from the mall etc. in Danbury, CT) (And a pleasant ride to NYC.)
