I'm moving out of a 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhome and looking for someone to take my part of it. Quiet neighborhood, close to food and shops, easy drive to RTP and the universities.

You'd get both of my rooms. The bedroom has two windows, really good afternoon light, and a walk-in closet. The second room I've been using as half office, half gym — good if you work from home or just want a desk somewhere that isn't your bedroom.

The bathroom is yours. Not shared — my roommate has her own. Double vanity, full tub, window. There's a half bath downstairs too.

Downstairs is the best part. Vaulted ceilings, hardwood, big windows, built-in bookshelves, and it opens into the kitchen. Gas stove, bar seating. Cozy and open.

$937.50 plus utilities, around $210 each. We split those by category so it doesn't fluctuate much.

Move-in late Oct or early Nov. Lease runs to early June.

You'd live with my roommate — she's in biotech, outdoorsy, out doing something most of the time. Easy to live with. Around and friendly but not in your business. Her cat Kiwi is shy but an absolute sweetheart who likes to chit chat. We must keep it a one pet household at this time so no other pets please.

Looking for a grad student or someone mid-20s-early 30s. Mainly just respectful of shared space and willing to say something when there's a problem instead of sitting on it.
