Cool Roommate Wanted for Spacious Duplex + Dogs

Got a large 3-bedroom duplex and looking for the right person to fill one of the rooms. Bonus points if you're a grad student, but any responsible adult in their 20s or 30s is welcome.

You'll be sharing the place with me and my three dogs. I collect vinyl, enjoy good music, and occasionally like to entertain, but I'm also working toward my PhD, so keeping the house comfortable, respectful, and low-drama is important.

Rent & Deposit:

$750/month + internet
$1,000 security deposit

The rent is lower than an even split because I've already furnished most of the house and provide the majority of the shared furniture.
