Very recently renovated 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom mobile home set in a trailer park, not sure the sq footage but my current roommate fits all her belongings perfectly! Utilities are not included in the set monthly rent but in all tends to come out to about $100 per month per person.

Looking for an LGBT and 420 friendly roommate to move in on a lease starting October 1st

Shared bathroom with shower, gas stove, no dishwasher but a huge sink! washer and dryer in the unit. 2 open parking spaces. We have a little yard and a patio as well.
