This quiet, private RV spot is big enough for a foot bus, and you can extend two slideouts. Right beside you is a fenced in yard for the puppy(ies). And you can use the lawn chairs and propane firepit. Enjoy the sunsets and the beach access across the street.

The ideal tenant wants to spend a couple of months here through the offseason. Your motorhome, camper, or RV should be goodlooking and wellmaintained. You should have current tabs and insurance, plus another vehicle for getting around. (Public transport here is available but infrequent.)
