Looking for New Roomate!

Hi there, I currently have a room I'm trying to find a new roommate for. My current roommate moved away and I am looking for someone to take over her half of the lease! The apartment is very close to campus and has a smaller parking lot along with some decent parking spots on the street when that fills up. There's coin laundry on site at the apartment and we have a dishwasher and garbage disposal. The only bill we have to pay is electricity and internet everything else comes with the apartment.

In the living area's I am more than willing to share most things, as long as you are respectful and don't damage my things! I have an airfryer, microwave, gaming systems and a printer.

I have two cats already, so no dogs would likely be for the best. We may be able to do one additional cat if we can do introductions. My cat's used to live at the cat cafe downtown so they aren't mean, but I do think they said one of them was a bit of a bully. My cats are very friendly and don't really cause many problems, they will probably be too shy to see you for a bit and hide until they get used to you.

Rent is 1,750 per month and I am willing to not split it evenly if it feels unfair! I am open to discussion about that so don't be scared to hit me up to discuss that.
