About the Space:
Room for rent in 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house off of Sunset. Big back yard, off-street parking, and a garage for storage. There are 3 bedrooms in the house, but you would be living with only one roommate (me!). The third room would ideally be a guest/yoga room, but we can turn it into whatever we want :) Please note: pictures are old, but give you the right idea. Most of the furniture in the house is my current roommates, so there will be plenty of space for your things if you need!

Pros include:
(1) Lots of space for two people
(2) Huge back yard
(3) All utilities included in rent
(4) Dog friendly! (with the right fit)

Potential cons include:
(1) Road noise
(2) House gets very toasty in the summer and there is no A/C
(3) House has some character

A bit about me:
I am 34 (she/her), work full-time, and have a sweet pup named Ned! In my free time I like to be active (trail running, hiking, lifting weights, yoga, etc.), cook/bake, eat delicious food, and spend time with loved ones. I love a good veg sesh the couch reading a book or watching a show. I highly value maintaining a living space that is stress/drama free and more on the quiet side. I'm a big fan of open communication, respecting each other's space/boundaries, and keeping communal spaces clean. I'm pretty laid back and seeking the same in a roommate.
