1 bed + private bath available in shared townhouse

Seeking female identifying, non-binary or gender non-conforming roommate to occupy 2nd floor bedroom. Private bathroom across the hall. In-unit W/D downstairs. Shared common spaces and fenced yard that is shared with neighbors. Ample free parking.

This home has a lot of character. It was built in the 70s, and retains the original floor and counter tiling and some cabinetry. There are high vaulted ceilings. That being said, it has its quirks! I don't have great photos of the room while it was empty. Happy to provide dimensions if preferred.

I have small 1 dog. Ideally, I'd prefer no cats or big dogs. The lease can accommodate 1 more pet, however. We can chat about it. Pet deposit and rent would be due to the property. At minimum, you must be comfortable with dogs because she will want to be your best friend!

I am a 28 year-old working professional. I work from home 4 out of 5 days and so am home very often. The house is quiet most of the time. The neighborhood is tucked away from the road and we often see deer families milling around.

There is a third small bedroom upstairs. It's where I have my home office, but this space would be available for shared use. Maybe you'd like to use it for storage, a reading room, craft space, etc? I'd love for you to feel comfortable. We can chat about it.

Within a 5 minute drive, there is a public library, coffee stand, gas station, and multiple accesses to I5. A few more minutes and there's Costco and Fred Meyer. The apartment is 3 exits from Westside Olympia, 10 minutes or so in the car.

The room would be unfurnished and available on October 10. I'm only interested in someone who is willing to sign a 12 month lease and would stay the entire lease term.
