Hello!

I have a room for rent in the Lacey/Olympia area. I live in a quiet townhome community. The room is unfurnished. However. It does have a built in AC/Heat unit as well as a mounted 32 inch tv (W/ streaming services logged in). Tenant will also have a private full bathroom. Laundry room is also right out front of the bedroom door.

The townhome in less than a mile from the freeway entrance, has quick access to Downtown Olympia, and relatively close to bus lines.

Preferably no pets as I have a cat as well as a dog that will be here Thursday - Sunday along with my daughter (Her ESA).
