Room open in 2b 1.5ba

I have a room open in my townhouse. I have 2 dogs named Honey and Bear. We have a little yard with room for plants and a fire pit with lots of wood. There already furniture throughout the house you would just need to get your own bedroom set up. There is an extra freezer and full-size fridge. I work from home m-f and chill with my dogs all day. I try to keep things pretty tidy and will make sure the puppies behave and are only in my room or in the common areas when I am around unless you enjoy the company. I do already have internet set up and tons of TV subscriptions that you free to use. I will ask that you help pay for the electricity and garbage but im down to continue paying for the internet so long as it doesn't interfere with my work connection. I dont mind smoking so long as you keep it clean and smoke outside in you smoke cigarettes. We would share the shower upstairs and there is a washer and dryer downstairs in the half bath. I am 30 and work for the state i try to be outdoors a lot or go to events when I can you are welcome to join in. I spend lots of time with family and friends but don't have gatherings at the house really. You are welcome to invite people over so long as I get notice and that you guys respect the space.
