Hello! I am an “older” female working from home full time with a technology company. I have 2 dogs; a 62 lb hound dog and a 12 lb wiener dog. They are both very friendly. This is an alcohol, cigarette, pot and recreational drug free environment. If you seek a sober living space, this would be a great option. I am an alcoholic in recovery and cannot have alcohol and substances on the premises. This is a quiet, safe living environment in a beautiful neighborhood with walking trails and within a 10 minute drive to Evergreen State College, shopping and 15 minutes to downtown Olympia. There is currently no cable TV service to the house, but you’re welcome to have that installed in the room at your expense.
You will be sharing the space with the home owner and one other roommate (with a dog) . I have a simple life style working from home during the day (sometimes long hours), taking walks with my dogs and streaming movies at night. Generally, it’s a very quiet environment.
We are looking for a 3rd roommate.
Deposit : $500
Nonrefundable background check and credit history: $30
Monthly rent, including utilities: $950 + a portion of the electric bill (trash/recycling ,water, internet included)
