The Swift Creek Room is available- A quiet Olympia farm house has one of its 3 lock/key rooms available on the corner of Delphi Rd and McKenzie rd. This house is 2 miles from TESC and located on the Westside of Olympia just off of Mudbay Rd.
This room is located upstairs along with a bathroom, another bedroom and a shared craft/office room.
The room available is upstairs and has a window overlooking Swift Creek. There is a twin bed available if needed. The room also has a large eve storage located inside the room providing extra storage space.
All utilities + WiFi are included in the rent and the main house is furnished for tenants. Home has two bathrooms for three tenants, an all equipped kitchen, dining room, a living room and a washer/dryer in the laundry room. Free of charge. This is a single occupancy room with NO overnight guests and this policy is for all tenants- no exceptions.
No smoking inside the house but smoking is okay outside with consideration of others. There are Comfortable areas to enjoy outside- a river nearby , many trails and theirs a large yard with a community garden area to share- gardeners welcome.
Many TESC Students and AmeriCorps employees have lived here and enjoyed their stay. No pets
