About the Space
Rent the spacious master bedroom in a cozy 3-bedroom, 1.5-bath home in a safe, quiet Spokane Valley neighborhood. At 1,400 sq ft, the home is comfortable without feeling cramped and comes with some great perks.
The kitchen is stunning and generously sized, perfect if you love to cook. You'll also have full use of a large loft space that I don't use at all. Think of it as your own bonus living room, creative space, or whatever suits you best.
Outside, you'll find a large gated backyard, and one of two storage sheds is yours to use however you need.
Washer and dryer are included in-unit.
The home has central heating for the winters, which are well-managed. We do not have central air conditioning, but do provide a mobile air conditioning unit for your room to get you through the summer heat.
Please note the bedroom will be unfurnished upon move-in. The furniture shown in photos is my own and will not be included.

About Your Housemate
I work remotely from home, so one of the smaller rooms is my home office and the other is my personal living space. You'll have the master bedroom and the loft to yourself.
I'm an early riser but make a point to be quiet about it. I keep a clean, calm home and just ask that you do the same. Pick up after yourself as you go and we'll get along great. I take care of lawn care and trash weekly, so that's never on your plate.
I have a 6 lb Chihuahua who is friendly and low-key.
I've been sober for 8+ years. Storing alcohol in the home is totally fine. I simply ask that there are no parties and that the home remains a respectful, peaceful space.
