Looking for 2 roomies (open to he’s, she’s, gays and theys) to move in this August! My current 2 roommates are heading out due to school and life changes.

The house is located in a nice quiet neighborhood on the South Hill on 36th. It’s got a nice big fenced backyard and plenty of parking and garage space.

Rent is $710 per person for the two open rooms. The house is Semi-furnished (upstairs will need a couch) with Washer & dryer downstairs. Shared bathroom in between the two rooms upstairs. Total rent is $2,200/month (I pay a little more for my downstairs room), split between the 3 roommates. WSG, electric, and Wi-Fi are split evenly.

Pets:
Open to one (1) well trained good dog of any size. Currently I am the father of 2 friendly, and curious cats. They get along great with their dog roomie. while i absolutely love cats, I’m at my cat limit right now.

A little about me (Noah):

I’m 24 years old, very clean, friendly, with 2 young friendly cats. I love movies, music and photography. I spend most of my time in the downstairs but I love to be social and hangout too.
