15' x 18' bedroom with plenty of light and four large windows is available immediately for rent in shared home. Freshly painted private room in a stylishly and recently updated home is ready for you to move in! Tenant has private (keyed) access to the bedroom and semi-private entrance.
There are a total of 3 bedrooms in the home and all rooms are rented individually. The home has plenty of room for you to bring your furnishings (or not). The home's living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, fully fenced backyard, and laundry room are shared spaces for all tenants to enjoy.
Live close to all that Spokane has to offer! Easy access to Gonzaga University, the Spokane Arena, the River Walk area, the artistic Garland District, and all of the nightlife of downtown Spokane. This large home is conveniently close to everything in the city, yet located in a quiet residential neighborhood.

LEASE TERMS:
Internet, water, sewer and trash are included in the base rent. Security deposit is $875 and can be split over 2-3 months if needed. Single female tenant or a couple will be considered. Small pet will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Washer and dryer are on-site and free to use. Street parking is available. Smoking is allowed outside the home only. No drugs. No drama. No parties.

Total of 3 bedrooms in the home rented individually. Currently, two rooms rented to quiet, hard working young ladies. They would like an easy going roommate to share the common spaces (living room, dining room, kitchen, bathroom, enclosed backyard, and laundry room). No smoking indoors, pets approved on case-by-case basis (with deposit).
My husband and I own and manage the home privately. We are not a property management company and like to build good working relationships with all of our tenants. We pride ourselves in being flexible and personable. We do not live on-site but visit the property each year to make sure everything is kept working properly.
