Basement for rent

Private entry to the basement. The only time I would be down there is to do laundry.

The newly renovated basement includes: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 extra room with a large closet. There is a plethora of storage for all organizational needs. (And when I say plethora, there's still a lot of storage.) A new kitchenette is included with a compact fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and electric kettle.

Inside shared spaces include the upstairs kitchen, upstairs living room, and downstairs laundry room. Outside shared spaces include the fenced in yard, garden boxes, patio, shed and garage.

There's room for at least 3-4 cars to park behind the house. We could maybe fit six if we get creative. Use of putting a car in the garage is also an option.

I'm looking for someone who communicates well and likes to stay on the same page as me. I can be very chill about almost anything as long as I'm given some kind of warning or heads up. (e. g., throwing a rager and not letting me know ahead of time.) I do have two cats, so someone who doesn't mind cats would be ideal. They meow a lot and like to run at night. They are okay with other animals in the house, though a male cat might set mine off. Good news: there is a door that separates the kitchen from the stairs going to the basement.
