My wife is in memory care. That leaves just myself, my Goldendoodle (gentle Ben) and Ben's brother, Tailer (a very well behaved short haired cat. I have 2 downstairs bedrooms with one bathroom. There is a large, furnished downstairs living room. I can negotiate making that bathroom private by not having another rental tenant but at a higher rent rate.
Preferred initial contact is via sms. Background check and verifiable references will be required.
The pictures are of the guest room and primary bedrooms upstairs. The available rooms are the same sizes but downstairs.
Available furnished for additional $25/mo. 2 people in the same room is an additional $200/mo. Will consider weekly for $225/week with $500 deposit. Background and credit checks will be required for each person renting a room.
