Two bedrooms + living room, 1000sq ft!

Currently two rooms are available downstairs.

Downstairs has: a private bathroom, big living room, and a fridge (so the upstairs one doesn't get too full).

First floor has: a full kitchen, washer/dryer, back porch/yard, and access to the 3-car garage.

The only required utility each month not included in the rent is electricity, which averages to $50ish per person each month. Internet is optional, also $50ish per person.

If you want both rooms downstairs, you'll get the full downstairs which has everything listed above. If you only want one room, then the bathroom and living room space will be split with whoever rents the second bedroom.
