We are offering a rare and beautiful living opportunity for the right individual: a private apartment-style space within our home in exchange for consistent household support.

This arrangement is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys creating calm, order, cleanliness, and beauty in a home environment — someone who values peaceful living and takes pride in caring for a space well.

This is not a traditional rental arrangement or standard hourly housekeeping position. It is a lifestyle-based exchange of housing and utilities for ongoing household support.

About the Role

We are seeking one trustworthy, dependable, emotionally mature individual who is naturally tidy, proactive, and detail-oriented. The right fit is someone who notices what needs to be done without constant direction and enjoys helping a home feel welcoming, peaceful, and well cared for.

The household support averages approximately 2–3 hours per day and includes tasks such as:

Kitchen reset and dishes
Laundry (washing, folding, putting away)
Vacuuming and light floor care
Bathroom refresh and cleaning
General tidying and organization
Occasional pantry, closet, or storage organization
Periodic deeper reset projects
Helping maintain a warm, inviting atmosphere in the home, especially during periods when we are traveling or away frequently

No yard work required.

This position works best for someone with daytime availability, particularly late mornings through early afternoons. Ideal candidates may work remotely, have flexible schedules, attend school part-time, or work evening/night shifts.

This arrangement is generally not compatible with a traditional full-time 9–5 position outside the home.

What’s Included

You will have a private, self-contained living space within our home that includes:

Private bedroom
Private living room
Private bathroom
Small kitchenette (no oven)
Storage space

You are also welcome to use the main kitchen for cooking when available.

Optional furnishings can be provided to help the space feel comfortable and move-in ready.

All utilities and housing are included as part of the exchange.
