If you like to cook I have ALL of the pots/pans and kitchen tools and will gladly join you in a glass of wine or bourbon while we cook. My apartment has an enclosed private backyard to enjoy fires in the chill air. I have a dog, pets would be considered, $1200 covers the cost of rent, high speed Xfinity internet/water/power/sewer and garbage full use of washer/dryer and dishwasher. Security camera’s. Nice neighbors. I like to decorate so my color schemes are fun. Near the bus line, stores located within walking distance. Must be able to pass a background check and a lease.
