Bright Bedroom + Private Bathroom in 2BR/2BA — Everett/Silver Lake Area — Available Sept. 1

I’m looking for a roommate to share a bright, spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment near the Everett Mall, Silver Lake, and Mukilteo. The room is available September 1.

The available bedroom gets great morning and afternoon light from a large window and has a walk-in closet. You would also have your own full bathroom just outside the bedroom.

The room can come partially furnished with a small bookcase and desk if you’d like. The rest of the apartment is fully furnished, but I’m happy to make space for some of your furniture if there are pieces you’d really like to bring.

The apartment is an end unit with vaulted ceilings, so it’s generally pretty quiet. There’s also a northwest-facing patio, in-unit washer and dryer, and the complex has a gym and pool. We’re close to I-5, with plenty of grocery stores nearby and several parks within about 10 minutes.

About the household:
I’m 34, a student at Bastyr, and I also work. My schedule can get pretty rigorous during the school year, so I’m usually gone during the day and tend to be up early. I’m looking for someone who also appreciates a peaceful home and is considerate about noise, particularly at night.

I’m still very social and enjoy occasional dinners, game nights, having friends over, hiking, and trail running, so I’m not looking for the apartment to feel overly restrictive or silent—just respectful and comfortable for both of us.

There is already a large, incredibly friendly puppy and a cat in the home. I often take the dog with me when I’m out. Because we already have two animals, I’m not able to accommodate additional pets.

Ideally, I’m looking for a working professional or graduate/older student, preferably in their late 20s to mid-40s, who is clean, communicative, considerate, and interested in sharing a relaxed but well-kept home.
