We have a spacious and private room available on the main floor of our 4 bedroom home. The space includes a full private bath with walk in shower and a kitchenette. The room can come furnished or unfinished. It is spacious enough to accommodate a studio type setting allowing for a queen size bed, dresser, end table, TV, couch and has a large closet and built in desk area with shelving. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster oven, rice cooker, Kuerig, insta-pot, 2 burner cook pad, full size sink, small fridge and cabinets. We are hoping to find someone who wants private living space but is also ok being in a family home rather than a roommate type of setting. We are laid back, open minded, respectful, happy people and seek the same. The neighborhood is beautiful with walking trails, parks and is convenient to the bus line, Bothe-Everett Hwy, I-5 and MC town center. Driveway parking is available as well.
