Private bedroom in a large tri-level home, fully furnished (optional) Bedroom is on the top floor. Located on a quiet cul da sac, blocks from Walmart off HWY 9, a few miles from Marysville Casinos, Outlet Malls and a short drive to Everett Community College.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 2 large living rooms, a fire place, large kitchen, large pantry and laundry room. Plenty of parking, large yard / garden space with beautiful views of the puget sound and plenty of space for everyone.
The house is very clean, calm and well maintained.
My daughter and I are looking for a clean, respectful and reliable roommate. We both work full-time and take online classes. We spend most of our free time at the gym or watching movies at home. We have a spoiled cat so we’d be hesitant to add any other pets.
