House Rules: Single occupancy only. No pets. Strictly NO alcohol, marijuana, or drugs allowed on the property. No cigarette smoking. NOTE: Vaping nicotine only is allowed as long as it is odorless/vaporless.
No overnight guests. (Any daytime/evening guests must be discussed with owner prior to any planning of guest(s) arrival.)

Rental & Application Terms:
Rent: $1000 per month (all utilities and Wi-Fi included).
Move-in Costs: First month's rent and $1000 security deposit.
Income Requirement: Must be financially stable with verifiable proof of income of a minimum $3000 per month.
Background Check: Must pass a $40 criminal background/credit check.
Lease Length: Long-term preferred.
