The room available for rent is 1 of 2 rooms located downstairs with each having a separate downstairs entrances for each tenant. The other room currently has a tenant. Each tenant has their own private key locked outside entrance. Each room also has a private key locked entry. The downstairs has a full-size kitchen and living room. The kitchen has all new appliances. The living room includes a big screen TV, couch, and wood burning stove. The bathroom has a new shower. The bathroom, living room, and kitchen will be shared with the other tenant. Rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi.
A separate driveway for your own private parking that you will share with the other tenant.
Single room occupancy - $1100 a month.
