We are renting our upper level part of our house out in a really quiet neighborhood located in Northern Everett. Consists of VERY spacious Vintage style private room/living area of your own, this is a very quiet house, very quiet neighbors. There's plenty of room for storage. Were right on a main bus line, there's a huge dog park down the street with tennis courts, hiking trails, and the Snohomish River.

Rent is month to month. Lightning fast Wi-Fi through Ziply Fiber. Just a heads up, I posted a picture of the stairs, there rather steep so something to consider. Were located along the Snohomish River. Ready for rent Saturday the 1st of Febuary. There's a small parking spot for a small car so you can keep an eye on your car from the window at all times.
