Private Bedroom in 3200 sq ft House

We are looking for a roommate to live with us in this beautiful, now furnished, large home nestled in Lake Stevens, right off the lake! Current tenants include myself, my mom, and my 2 children (4&6) who are all very respectful, and typically keep to ourselves. The kids and I are at school/work most of the week, and home on weekends. My mom is home 24/7. We are usually in our rooms unless its dinner time when we're downstairs cooking/eating, but enjoy socializing as well if you do too! The bedroom has a small walk in closet, which allows for a good amount of storage, as well as a partially shared bathroom with all of the storage in there for your use. We are hoping for someone who is looking for a home, not just a room, and is okay with the very occasional tantrum when they do happen. I have an ESA dog names Lilly, and there are 2 ESA cats in the household that spend so much time in their rooms you hardly know they exist 😅 The farmers market happens just 5 minutes away during the summer, and our neighborhood is very quiet as well. We are very easy going here, and hope to find someone just as chill and fun to join the family! :)
