Its a 3200 sq ft home nestled in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from the lake. Myself, my mom, and my 2 littles (3&5) are currently living here, and we're searching for a roommie to take the 4th bedroom and help with rent. Includes internet/cable, gas, sewer and trash are included. Water and PUD fluctuate monthly with usage so those will be adjusted on a monthly basis.

We're a fairly quiet family, and the kids are in school full time so we're only all home together on the weekends. My mom and I love game nights and chilling in the evenings, but keep to ourselves in our rooms too and wont be bothered either way if you enjoy socializing or not. Must be pet and kid friendly as I have my ESA doggo with me. Pets are allowed as long as you cover the pet deposit or provide your ESA paperwork.
