Private Furnished Room with A/C for one person. NON-smoking house. Utilities and internet flat-rate $100. EV Charging option. Must be okay with cats! We have a few.

Living room comes with a couch and a tv, and kitchen with dishes and appliances. You will have access to both. To move in: First month's payment (or pro-rated amount based on move-in date) and deposit of one month's payment for well-qualified applicants. Section 8 okay.

Room is furnished with a Queen bed and night stand. We cannot remove the bed.
