Room furnished with Twin Bed with drawers, bookshelf, desk, dresser, and side table with drawers. They are available for use, or I can remove and store them if you have your own stuff.

Shared kitchen, living room, and bathroom.

Walking distance to Safeway, restaurants, Swift Green line, Community Transit Park & Ride, and the Interurban trail.

Property has a pretty decent gym, open 24 hours.

You will need to apply and pass a background check with the property office.

Currently maxed-out on uncaged pets, per property policy.
Small animals that reside in a cage/tank habitat are okay.
Birds are not.

What you do with your space is none of my business. Common spaces are expected to be kept reasonably clean/tidy, acknowledging we're all just human.
No smoking any kind of burning plant on the property (tobacco/pot/etc...), Vape is fine.

Base rent is $700. //
Water/Sewer/garbage is $50. //
Electricity is $70. //
Internet is $30. //
Total cost per month: $850. //
If you add a reserved parking spot to the lease, you'll incur that cost.
