I’m a clean, easy-going, business professional looking for a roommate to rent one private room in a shared 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home. The home is fully furnished, except for the room for rent, but the house is available to share.

About the Home: Spacious 3,400 sq. ft. multi-level home located near the Mukilteo/Everett border in a very safe neighborhood. The house does have a view of Puget Sound and the room for rent is a large (11’-11“ x 12’-2“) quiet bedroom overlooking the backyard garden. The room has access to a separate full bathroom. Plenty of parking in the oversized driveway. Garage parking space is also available for an additional $100 a month.

Preferences: Prefer no smoking, but smoking is permitted in the backyard. LGBTQ friendly.
