Hi! My name is Brice and I have one room available in a 2 bed, 2.5 bath townhome located in Everett, close to the Alderwood Mall. The townhouse was built in 2018, so everything is in excellent condition. The available room comes with it’s own private bathroom. The common areas are furnished, while you’re bedroom will be unfurnished. If you’re looking for a furnished room, I’m open to discussing it. The garage has some storage space that you're welcome to use. Parking is either in the driveway or in one of the parking stalls throughout the neighborhood. The kitchen is spacious and has room for your own utensils, plates, cups, pots, etc. Utilities and Internet are not included in the rent and will be split evenly. The townhouse has a balcony with a bbq, which you're welcome to use. There is also a small backyard with an area to setup a raised planter if you're interested. The room will be available starting in early June.
