Professional woman seeking roommate

I am seeking a mature, stable roommate for a short term apartment in share in Downtown Everett. My lease is thru July 2026. The apartment is friendly to roommates with essentially two master suites. I work a lot so I am not home often. I have two dogs who love people so you must be very dog friendly but not have your own dogs. I take care of my dogs 100% and they are very clean, older dogs. They come to work with me so are mostly home only at night.

I can have the room furnished with a very comfy king bed for you or it can be empty. Plenty of room for your belongings or I have what we need if you’re in a short term situation.

I will live in the other room with private bath. It’s currently my college aged daughter’s room but she’s only home 1-2 nights per month so it’s not economically viable for me to have the room empty. She’s very sweet and would share with me when she’s home.

Very secure, new building with sweeping views and on 5th floor. Two minutes to I-5 so easy for commuting. Building is very quiet! I rarely see other tenants. Two blocks from train station with easy access to Seattle.
