I am a divorced mom looking to rent out a room in my town home.
There are three floors:
One: garage
Two: living room, dining room, kitchen, half bathroom
Three: bedrooms, full bath
There is a view of trees in the backyard and that would be your bedroom view! It’s a very quiet spot but in walking distance to shops and trails. Only a 5 minute drive to a sandy beach. 7 minute drive from Aurora and 10 minutes from I5.
Looking for someone reliable who is okay with a very emotional intelligent 7 year old.
This space can be rented as an office during the day or storage. Garage space available upon request.
