Hello, I am a single father to two children (8 and 5) and I own a home in Edmonds. My children live in Idaho and come to stay during some weekends and a few weeks in the summer.
My home is 4 bedroom/3bath in a quiet neighborhood, with a yard (in case you have pets) and ample parking. I am about a mile (maybe 2?) from the beach and the ferry. Walking distance (if you like a decent walk) to downtown Edmonds for plenty of restaurants, lots of shopping and good coffee.
