Large Basement Room with Private Half Bath & Patio

I have a 3 level home with a very large available carpeted basement that is approximately 300 sq. ft. in size. The room has its own private half bath and a closet (add'l sq. ftg.) available for storage, as well as two large sliding glass doors that lead to a private patio. There is a washer and dryer available in the house on the third floor in a full guest bathroom with shower and bathtub. The kitchen and living room are on the same level as the main entrance and are a shared area. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is not much storage for any personal kitchen equipment, however it is all available and free to use in the shared kitchen.

There are two pets in the house - one cat and one dog, and I would require someone that is very considerate of keeping any outdoor doors closed at all times, as my senior dog is a runner and I have an indoor-only cat. Both of the animals are lovely, in my own opinion of course :)
