Highway 9 and Prairie (4.5 miles) North of Sedro. a few minutes south of Bellingham

You will need a car, there is no public transportation out here.
I am a female looking for a female room mate to help cover the payments.
$590.00 a month. and 1/2 hour a week, or so, help with basic household chores.
I have a modest, 3 bedroom, clean home on an acre of sunlit property, good well water, lots of open country side around the place.
Shared kitchen and bathroom. Parking for 1 vehicle on the property.
The room is quite comfortable, 13 x 11 (143 square feet), plus a small closet. Has a large picture window, view of the cascade foothills, and an additional opening window on the North side. Comes with a double bed, can be moved out if, it’s not needed. One family next door for neighbors, great people, we’re tight friends.
My home is shared with myself, (Prince. the tom Cat), he is outside most of the time, and one other female tenant.
You will need to have full time or nearly full time, employment. I work at home, and need a significant amount of quiet time, so that I can concentrate. I have spent most of my life, raising a family and educating children. I just don't have the ability to ignore other people, in my atmosphere. Thank you for understanding

LEASE AGREEMENT
First, 4 months, as a trial period just to be sure everyone is comfortable. After 4 months, the lease automatically turns, month to month, unless we sign a new agreement.
$590.00 per month,
First month + $250.00 cleaning / damage, deposit.
Last month’s rent can be paid, in part or full upfront. However,
I prefer that it be, deferred to monthly payments. @ $50.00 a month

INCLUDED: Utilities, trash, wi-fi and laundry facility, we have very good internet service.

HOUSE ETIQUETTE:
NO; smoking indoors, no dogs or cats sorry!
Clean up after yourself: wash dishes as you go. Remove all hair from the shower and bathroom sink, when you are finished.
I am an earth friendly person, no chemical aerosols, used in the house,
no toxic pesticides used on the premises, I do composting, and recycling.
