Current situation: share friendly easy going home with myself F 64. Currently, there are two women tenants but due to life circumstances one had a heart attack and wants to move in with her daughter who is a Nurse she is 55. The other is 47 and is moving out of state to take care of her elderly parents. I am looking for quiet, professional. I have 1 small dog, one of the women moving out also has a small dog so, I MIGHT consider a small dog. MUST BE AN ANIMAL PERSON/LOVE dogs Sorry no Cats. About the rooms: the first one pictured is room B a very nice size, with 2 closets one separate closet that has many shelves, Ceiling fan. One window. The bathroom is shared with one other. $900 includes housekeeping and utilities. The first 4 pictures are room A Also available is room B which is a FURNISHED master bedroom with private bathroom rent is $1,000 and includes utilities and housekeeping. The last room is available NOW Room C is $700 includes utilities and housekeeping that is the last picture. About the home: 4 Bedroom 3 Bath, 2 Fireplaces, 1,898 Sq. Ft .224 acres lot. House was built in 1941 very quaint! 3 refrigerators. Basement with washer/dryer and possible storage. Gated courtyard with porch swing. . Close to coffee houses, restaurants, mall, and hospitals, (travel nurses welcome) . Full house privilege's.
