Current situation: share friendly, easy going home with myself, F 64, 2 F 60 and 38. I have 1 small dog, and recently took on a feral (not any more) kitten about 5 months old now. One of the women that moved out had a small dog so, I MIGHT consider a SMALL dog. Sorry no more Cats. I also care for feral animals in the neighborhood. One hangs out (tame) on the porch and I feed him, A roommate that moved out let him go in and out of her window last winter. She moved out and said I can't keep him. You MUST BE AN ANIMAL PERSON/LOVE Animals. We are looking for courteous, and professional. About the rooms: Room B is the Master bedroom with private bathroom It is available now.
About the home: 4 Bedroom 3 Bath, 2 Fireplaces, 1,898 Sq. Ft .224 acres lot. House was built in 1941 very quaint! 3 refrigerators. Basement with washer/dryer and possible storage. Gated courtyard with porch swing. In summer, two patio's with furniture and fire table, patio umbrella with chairs. Big fenced back yard. Plenty of safe street parking. Two blocks to I-5. Close to coffee houses, restaurants, mall, and hospitals, (travel nurses welcome) . Full house privilege's. The process will be to talk on the phone, then if we move forward we'll meet at the house, then, you will fill out the application (I will email you the information for the background check which you must pass (you pay sorry I've paid for too many) First, last, and non refundable damage/cleaning/Admin deposit $400.00.
