Rent & terms:

* $770/month
* Utilities (electric, water, trash/recycling) split evenly between myself and the renter
* $300 refundable security deposit
* $40 screening fee for background check
* Rental application required
* Written lease
* Month-to-month lease with a 4-month minimum stay
* No additional pets
* No smoking or vaping indoors

If you’re looking to establish or build rental history, this can be a great opportunity. I’m happy to provide a letter of recommendation for future housing applications for tenants who complete their tenancy in good standing.
