South End Tacoma Apartment - Looking for Roommate

2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment, in-suite washer and dryer, gated complex, third floor, mostly furnished with exception of sparse common area and empty second bedroom. Pets allowed with additional deposit for cats/dogs. Exceptional public transit options, gigabit internet already set up, and assigned parking space currently unused. NOT MY PROPERTY NOT A SUBLET!

Unfortunately my roommate had to move back home for urgent medical care. Looking for a replacement, lease ends in late September with a 10-month renewal expected. Rent is currently about $1050 after split, including utilities; after renewal this will increase to about $1100. Will consider those looking only to stay for the current lease (2 months), but would prefer a commitment to the next lease (2+10 months) and will cover up-front fees and security deposit for those interested in that.

Currently on break from classes at Bates Tech, looking for part or full-time work. Can’t drive and needed to live with bussing distance. Don’t smoke or drink, may have friend(s) over rarely but not for parties. Acespec, austistic/ADHD, homebody that will go crazy without someone to talk to but may also emerge only to eat some days. No pets, but would absolutely love a well-behaved cat or dog for company and willing to petsit.
