2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom apartment, in-suite washer and dryer, gated complex, third floor, mostly furnished with exception of sparse common area and empty second bedroom. Pets allowed with additional deposit for cats/dogs. Exceptional public transit options, gigabit internet already set up, and assigned parking space unused. NOT MY PROPERTY NOT A SUBLET!

Looking for a roommate as mine is leaving ahead of lease renewal in late September. New lease is for 10 months, rent $1100 after split, including utilities. No pets of my own, would absolutely love a well-behaved cat or dog for company and willing to petsit.

Currently on break from classes at Bates Tech, looking for part or full-time work. Can’t drive and needed to live with bussing distance. Don’t smoke or drink, may have friend(s) over rarely but not for parties. Acespec, autistic/ADHD, homebody that will go crazy without someone to talk to but may also emerge only to eat some days. Ideal roommate would have overlapping interests and free time, but I know better than to beg and choose.
