This is in South Hill, Puyallup. It's a 5 br, 2 bath house, my 12 yr old daughter, my fiancé, myself and my son all reside here. There is a full bathroom upstairs and a full bathroom downstairs. The bedrooms I have available are upstairs. There is an apartment size stackable washer/dryer available for use, full use of the kitchen, full fenced in back yard, off street parking, wifi, across the street from Roger's High School Track. Within walking distance to city bus, South Hill mall, many stores and restaurants. We ARE NOT PARTIERS, no party's welcome here. We do not drink, we would prefer a non-drinker. Must be friendly, social, pet friendly both cats and dogs (we cannot accept any more pets at this time), this is an lgbtq+ friendly home with 2 lesbians, all lives matter, diverse, my 12 yr old daughter is Autistic, and a home of love and acceptance with a very chill attitude and a home of calming energy only. Must have 3 rental references that must be checked 👍 and ✔️ verified to be accepted. You must pass a video phone interview with all household members as well.
