Outside there are planter boxes and a small area for a garden if you want. You have reserved parking spot in the driveway and share a locked mailbox with the main house and one studio. No laundry facilities on site.
No dogs, no smoking, no drugs. One cat is allowed with additional $ deposit. No other pets allowed.
